A few weeks back, I photographed a beautiful Jewish wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ. The venue is such a gorgeous location. Below are some of my faves from the wedding. There's a link to check out more at the end of the post.
Inna getting her hair and make up done.

Inna looked so radiant and beautiful.

On her way down to see her groom.

A little help from his brother.

We then went around the gorgeous grounds for some portraits.

Twilight around the venue before the ceremony.

Inna being escorted down the aisle by her dad and mom.

The gorgeous ballroom. The decor and flowers that adored the ballroom were designed by Jeanne Costello Designs. I absolutely love working with talented wedding vendors like Jeanne.

The grand entrance and first dance.

The parent dances followed the first dance.

There were so many terrific and sincere toasts made during the night. Josh and Inna are both medical practictioners and many of the toasts centered how each of them have given and secrificed so much to help others out with their skills and talent.

The band getting the crowd rocking.

A final goodbye toast by the bride and groom.

A few weeks back my gang and I took a limousine cruise around NYC. It was sooo much fun and Paul C. Bryant of SBG Limousine Brokers provided the cruise services. Besides running an awesome limousine company, Paul also happens to be hip hop artist manager. One of Paul's artists, Young Fella, cruised with the Lina Jang team.
The crew in the Limo with Young Fella. From left to right: Me, Fernanda, Mary, Ania, Jenny, Julie (under Jenny) and Young Fella (at the bottom).

Paul Bryant and me outside Grimaldi's Pizza in Brooklyn. We stopped off at the Pizzeria to get the best pizza on earth.

We then took some cool pics of Young Fella with the NYC skyline at the Dumbo Pier. My crew and I have been invited to attend one of his upcoming concerts so be on the lookout for pics of that adventure.

My associate shooters, Julie and Ania shot a fantastic wedding in Queens, NYC a few weeks back. It looked like such a great wedding and I'm showcasing their beautiful work on the slideshow below.

A couple of weeks ago, I shot a fantastic wedding at the Riverside Church in Uptown, NYC. I love the Riverside Church and its one of my favorite churches in NYC. Here's some of my favorites from the wedding. Check out more through the link on the bottom.
Soo getting her make up and hair done.

I loved Soo's earings. They look so pretty.

Getting her beautiful gown on with some help from mom.

Paul getting ready for the big day.

A little help from his brother.

Paul also got a little make up done.

Seeing each other for the first time that day. We chose the monument across the street from the Riverside Church for the rendevous.

We then went around the area for some portraits. It was a little chilly but they kept each other warm.

On her way to walking down the aisle

After the ceremony, we took some portraits in the church.

The wedding ballroom in the Riverside Church.

Making their grand entrance as husband and wife.

Toasts by the best man and maid of honor.

During the party, Paul's brother and cousin (both expert street dancers), had a breakdancing shootout.

The bouquet and garter toss tradition.

Soo and Paul also had a Korean Wedding ceremony during the reception. Soo getting herself ready.

Part of the Korean wedding ceremony tradition involves the groom giving his new bride a piggy back ride.

After the reception ended we headed up the observatory at the church for some quick portraits.

I only do a few bridal expos a year but I decided that 07' would start off with a really beautiful and elegant Expo. The Waldorf=Astoria expo definately was the most extravagant and visually exciting expo I've ever participated in. The expo represented many of the most established and prominent wedding vendors in NYC. Not only did I participate in the expo, Lina Jang Photography was also the official photography company for the Waldorf=Astoria Bridal Expo. While I was busy at my expo booth with soon to be brides, Julie and Ania shot hundreds of shots of the expo and seminars held during the expo. Here's some of the shots they took.
The beautiful grand ballroom at the Waldorf=Astoria.

The expo featured some amazing booths. Here's the booth of my friend Jerry Sibal, owner and event designer of Design Fusion. Jerry does some of the most amazing floral and event decor designs I've ever seen.

Some very beautiful table and floral set ups.

During the expo, there was a vendor that was showcasing and demostrating a sleeping bag that was designed to massage the person inside. It sounded really great.

During the expo, Ania shot some shots of Israel Bien's daughter, Zoe. Israel is the owner and designer of Eternal Fine Jewelry. Israel designs really exquisite jewelry that every girl would love.

Here Zoe has decided to munch on a delicious Lina Jang Photography business card. I think this is so adorable.

The expo also featured some amazing orchestras providing awesome music for the guests.

My good friend Lilly Rivera of Bridal Gal MakeUp & Hair Design doing some amazing makeup trials for some potential brides. Lilly is like the best bridal make up artist in NYC and I always love working with her on wedding jobs.

Celebrity wedding planner and designer, Preston Bailey, gave a seminar on how to plan and design weddings for brides.

Valerie is a phenominal bellydancer from Philadelphia, PA. I first met Valerie 5 years ago when she was a contestant at the first Jewel of the Nile Bellydance Dance Pageant where she was competing against 25 of the best bellydancers in the tri state area . She was the runner up at the competition but it was a very close competition and many thought Valerie won. Anyhow, we had a great shoot and here are some of my favorites.
Gail & Gareth were a fun couple from England that decided to have a small intimate destination wedding in New York City, the greatest city in the world. Their destination wedding was so intimate that it was just them their cute baby girl, the officiant and me. They had their ceremony in the beautiful Central Park near the Gapstow Bridge.
The couple and their daughter Bethany on their way to the ceremony.

The couple exchanging glances during their vows.

Bethany had their wedding bands.

They were lots of beautiful ducks in the pond. I always think of ducks as a sign of good luck.
